My sound alert in obs isnt working

WebI recently configured Sound Alerts for my stream, and I set it up to work with both bits and channel points. When used with bits, it works (it plays the sound alert on stream), but when used with channel points it just says "user X has redeemed [sound alert name] for 1000". Any ideas how to make it work?
