Web28 de ago. de 2024 · Like someone else said, it probably sounds weird to you because the original song is a half step down, so every note is too high but you’re focusing on the high E because it’s the highest note being played. The ‘tinny’ sound comes from you not fretting all the way, and wasn’t a big problem in this clip.

Dressing the bridge saddle is a good one to try - assuming the string sits in the centre of it in the first place and hasn't moved over to touch the height-adjusting allen screw.
