WebNov 28, 2024 · Here's a list of the healing spells in Oblivion that can be bought from shops. In order to cast the higher level healing spells, the character needs more skill in Restoration. This has the added bonus of making spells cost less Magicka to cast as well. Heal Minor Wounds is 8hp, and can be cast by anyone.
