Flamecaps are a rare spawn from a single herb in a single zone that only gets a single layer. With 500% server pops thats a supply nightmare. WebI guarantee fire mages can parse 99 just fine without it. Most guilds aren’t going to expect you to use a 25g a piece item that lasts a minute either. This is a problem for 1% of the player base who are in absolute sweat guilds. Except not really cause those players probably have loads of gdkp gold and can just blow money on flame caps.

Now when used, Flame Cap will put all other potions on a 3 minute cooldown. Webto reduce an instant cast down to the 1 sec GCD cap, you need 33.3% haste. 33.3*32.8 = 1092. Lots of people seem to make this mistake and to be honest I can see why. It takes 50% haste to reduce the GCD to 1.0 secs, not 33.3%. 50% haste doesn't reduce your casting time by 50%, it increases your casting speed by 50%.
