Web**BIMS DIRECTED ELECTIVES: Courses that count are those offered by the College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences and/or are approved for Biomedical Sciences electives. (see catalog) 2 Writing intensive (or 1 W/1 C) courses from the BIMS elective list must be taken as a required part of the BIMS electives. See Webelectives, all 285/291/485/484/491 courses may not exceed 9 credit hours. BIMS 484 may not exceed 6 hours total. All 289/489 courses may not exceed 9 credit hours. Restrictions to be enforced by the BIMS advising office. A minimum of 36 hours of 3/400 level coursework must be completed in residence at Texas A&M University to earn a degree.
